We are a dynamic and empowering nonprofit organization dedicated to advancing the lives, careers and networks of professional women in Bucks County, Pennsylvania.

We help small businesswoman grow personally and professionally through a monthly meeting that provides a networking opportunity, an educational presentation and action information that attendees can immediately implement into their business practice.

We envision a world where working professional women in business are supported, connected, and empowered to achieve their goals. We believe that by creating a community of women who share their experiences and knowledge, we can help each other succeed.
Our Members
Our members are women throughout Bucks County and nearby areas who own businesses and/or work for local businesses. Our goal is to facilitate introductions that lead to business growth. Join us!

What We Do
"Create a Heart Centered Space
​Monthly, we bring together a community of women with diverse backgrounds who are passionate about personal growth and business success so they can make connections, grow through education, and thrive in their careers.

Host Live In-person Events
On the 3rd Friday of the month, we host a live in-person lunch event that includes networking and an educational workshop at Jericho National Golf Club, (250 Brownsburg Road East, New Hope, PA 18938) from 11:30am-1:30pm. We also host happy hour events throughout the year.

Provide Business Education
Each meeting features a high powered, successful, women in business keynote speaker who is crushing their field, in a great way! She discusses her mistakes, her wins, and her best practices that she’s incorporated into her business and life with success (e.g., customer service, scaling, promotion/advertising, marketing, social media).
​
Offer Interactive Q&A
A Q&A segment follows the keynote, allowing audience members to engage with the speaker and each other.
​
Encourage You to Spotlight Yourself
Each attendee gives a 30 second commercial to introduce herself, showcase your business and provide a short description of your services.

We don't force you to attend to any event.

We don't require you to track, give and announce referrals.
​
We don't just hand out business cards and walk away.
​
We don't believe in the 'what's it in for me' thought mantra.

We don't allow men to become members. Sorry guys! (However, you can attend an event as a guest if you are supporting a fellow member or keynote speaker)
