About May's Keynote Speaker:

Heather Boatman is a highly accomplished executive with demonstrated success in leadership coaching, culture development, facilitation, and delivering engaging presentations. She has over 30 years of executive corporate HR experience from Best Buy, Target, and Burlington stores! Heather is a strong communicator and collaborator with a reputation for quickly developing genuine relationships with employees and leaders, while also fostering a productive work environment. 

Her passion is to put employees and leaders in a position to rise to their full potential supporting their individual growth and achieving superior short and long term business objectives.

During our May meeing, Heather will be sharing ways to- Leave Your Safe Zone; Find Your Growth Zone! This will be a presentation you will not want to miss.
